Stayed at Mt. Olympus in Building 29b a couple weeks ago. Worst hotel stay of our lives. Woken 3 separate times throughout the night by noise and violence. Had to call security to get us out to our car at 3 am! (There is also no front desk at the hotels, you're basically going it alone.) Really thankful we didn't have children with us. I should also mention that the rooms are old and falling apart, walls are paper thin, no upgrades. Don't book it.

Horrible living experience here we enjoyed the water park but our room we had problems with the entire stay. I paid for 3 nights Labor Day weekend the first 2 nights we didnt have hot water to shower we contacted the front desk who sent maintenance to fix the problem each time they came the problem was never fixed. After complaining the second night they offered us a 50 dollar voucher instead of moving rooms as we requested the morning of the third day they moved us to the main hotel. I feel we should be accommodated more than a 50$ voucher which I refused because I wasnt able to shower comfortably after swimming during my stay here

Doesn’t deserve a star…Filthy outdated rooms. I would not recommend this Hotel “chain” to anyone. Carpets and flooring are dirty and stained, mold and cobwebs with a stuffy smell.

I wouldnt give this company any stars. My husband and I took our kids to go swim in the indoor pool area because it was really cold. The pool area was a quarter open. Which was absolutely not worth $45 tickets. When I typed into ****** day passes for mt. Olympus it took me straight to the day passes, so I clicked how many I needed and checked out. When I got there I went straight to try to get a refund. After talking to 5 different people and waiting hours to talk to the right person, I was told absolutely not it says on the website that the indoor pool isnt open. I then told him that it should make people aware on the check out page. I shouldnt have to search through their website when I just wanted day passes. What a waste of money and time. I will absolutely never go there again.

Come in to check in. Explained to the employee that my party was 4 and now it was 2 and need to ensure that was the case. It was also brought to my attention that the price for 2-4 people had been reduced. When I looked online I in fact saw that the cabin w/bathroom for 2-4 people on the same reservation days was priced about $100 less than what it was when I booked. Naturally I asked the employee if I was entitled to that price difference and she said no. She spoke to the manager twice before she could granted the price difference via credit. I feel I should not have to go through all that trouble. Its almost like you are rewarding your last minute guest vs the ones who take time to look for good dates. The cabins are basic. I wish the interior was stained or painted. It gives we did the bare minimum making these. My biggest issue is the view. If your cabin is facing the inner most part you are greeted with giant mounds of dirt and concrete. Like why not tear that area down and make a little park for all of your camp guest. It would definitely make it nicer! I appreciate the new kiddie area that was built this year! It is very nice. I do however wish there was more slides in the Delphi pool. Two slides one on each side is not enough and my 2 year old did not feel comfortable going down the new slides in the kiddie area. I do wish the indoor water park and theme park were open. When weather takes a turn you end up loosing a day at the park since the only pool open inside is next to the Medusa slide and kinda has to be open. When you book the room is one price and the fees add up at the end. I dont recall paying for parking before but I saw the charge this time around. I wish they eliminated all the charges and just upped the prices on the room. I do wish some the food options had more variety. Over all I do enjoy my time at MT. Olympus when I come. I like and appreciate the new attractions and hope to see some improvements on our next visit.

"I recently stayed at Mount Olympus in the Wisconsin Dells and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Upon checking in at 6:30 PM, I was shocked to find out that the waterpark closed at 7 PM. This meant that I was unable to utilize the main attraction of the resort during my stay. Considering the fact that I had to leave early in the morning, I was counting on being able to enjoy the waterpark facilities in the evening. However, this was not possible due to the early closure. I approached the staff and requested a refund so that I could go stay elsewhere and actually have the opportunity to experience the waterpark. Unfortunately, my request was denied. It is extremely frustrating and unfair to pay for a resort that promises a waterpark experience, only to be denied access and have no alternative options provided. I would strongly advise against staying at Mount Olympus in the Wisconsin Dells if you are looking for a complete and enjoyable waterpark experience. The lack of transparency regarding the waterpark closure and the refusal to provide a refund for this inconvenience is highly disappointing. Choose another resort that values their guests' satisfaction and ensures that the amenities they advertise are actually available."

The rooms are horrible, the carpet is all stained up, the room has a nasty smell to it, the shower doesn't stay up, the staff are very rude and there is like no plug-ins and the lighting ***** because it's all little lamps.

DO NOT BOOK ANY KIND OF RESERVATION BEFORE YOU READ THIS REVIEW!!! I'll start off by saying that if you do book a reservation and you want your money back after reading the reviews, you're screwed. They have a non-negotiable zero policy on refunds. They'll let you use the money towards something else, but you're never getting your money back. To top it all off this is supposed to be for adopted nephew's birthday, and now we're just out $250. We're not going. We're never going. I sincerely hope, that this entire establishment and every hotel they've consumed is shut down. The first and what should have been the only red flag, is they advertise super cheap hotel prices if you book online, however, on the next screen they tack on over $200 in water park admission fees, when the previous page blatantly states that there is no water park admission fee when you reserve a hotel. This is false advertising. If you read the other reviews you'll learn that all of the hotels are out of date, the staff is unqualified and don't speak English and are most likely being underpaid. Half of the park is shut down pretty much all of the time, and even though the park is now reserved to people who make reservations, you still get packed in like sardines. Do your due diligence and do thorough research before considering this place. It's a Taurus before considering this place. It's a tourist trap. Quite possibly one of the worst in the entire country.
