I was originally in the ***** ***** office to have my Daughter (******** ******* seen back on March 4th 2024, we were told that an appointment for surgery would be set up for sometime in April, i have called countless times since and keep getting told the doctor that will perform the surgery would contact me by the end of the day, i contacted on April 1st 2024 and was told at that time that i would be contacted by end of day, that failed to occur, i called the after hours emergency line and got in contact with somebody that knew who the doctor was and had her contact me, i was told at that time she was still waiting on her credentials to go through, and would keep my daughter at the top of her list, she also was going to refer my daughter to *** ****** ********* to which i never heard anything from that dental office either, i contacted on April 24th 2024 and was told at that time that pictures front and back of her insurance card was needed and that the doctor had been trying to get in touch with me, but i had not gotten any calls, or any voicemails so i dont know who they were contacting, i proceeded to send those photos immediately after the phone call, i hadnt heard anything since, so i called today May 7th 2024, and was told yet again i would receive a call by end of day, but once again no phone call was received. I really feel like i am getting the run around and am getting really fed up, my daughter needs this taken care of and i have tried repeatedly to get something done and this is rediculous that i have had so much trouble with getting this done.Business response

Patient has been referred to multiple other offices as we informed the father we were not able to complete the treatment in his expected timeline. Father has called the emergency patient after hours line to "touch base" on his daughter's hospital date, but we have continued to reiterate that we do not have a definitive day at the time and are pending insurance authorizations and OR credentialing. Patient has grown increasingly frustrated with our office and doctors and we feel that it is best for his child to have her treatment completed elsewhere to help diffuse the situation. No treatment has been completed at this time.
