After speaking to the Supervisor and store manager we feel strongly that this individual has been asked previously not to return to our location.  We have the right to refuse service to any individual and we feel we have a very valid reason to do so for this customer.  Store is taking steps to formally ban them from the store.

I went to gomart participated in a promotion and was met with false advertisement was told by the clerk the next day to repurchase item to get the bonus points that the offer read well $30 later I finally got the points then I contact customer service the guy was rude to me even though I explained too him in great detail that the promotion glitched he told me well I can see you got the points offering zero solution just being down right rude about the situation very unprofessional was unprovoked and very judgmental also very hostile towards the situation I will be contacting the owner of this establishment because there isn’t no way anybody should be met with that the person of question is *** *******

The issue was addressed within 24 hours of the original complaint.  The customer received all bonus points during each of the transactions.  The only issue was that an item he was purchasing wasn't included in the promotion.  I informed Mr. ******* that I couldn't give him the bonus points as he hadn't originally met the qualifications, but that upon review he had been back to the store and purchased the correct item.  He was awarded the 2500 points in addition to all other points owed.  He felt like he should be awarded something that he hadn't earned based on his inconvenience, but upon review of the entire situation I disagreed.  The fact that I disagreed and didn't give him points that he had not earned does not equal rude, hostile, or judgmental.

Or is basically him calling me a LIAR I have RECEIPTS he even openly admitted that it was a mistake from whoever was stocking the product at the store that’s in black & white no he fraudulently put words in my mouth saying I trying to obtain points that I didn’t earn again nothing he did fixed anything I have receipts I literally purchased another product and the point went through again not my problem it isn’t my fault that whoever was supposed to stock the store shelf didn’t remove the non eligible bag again false advertisement and now harassment over $2.89

My husband got gas today on August 1, 2022 at go Mart in Buckhannon West Virginia he used a card to pay at the pump only pumped $25 worth of gas and go Mart proceeded to take $80 off of my card when I went in and confronted the cashiers about it they said that it is something new that Gomart is doing where they’re taking $100 out of the account so that they know that they have enough to cover amount of gas that you get and that it can take up to three business days for the amount to be corrected and put back on to a persons card. To me this is theft and fraud considering I have to be able to use whatever money is on my card that I don’t intend on spending for gas for other necessities for my home for my children or for an emergency of any kind that could come up but they don’t seem to care about that they told me that if I need emergency services then I need to call for them and that I needed to give them three days before my money would go back onto my card now mind you as I got partway through this my money did go back onto my card but considering the fact that I had to wait three hours and I know others who have had the same problem at the same store and they have waited between 24 and 72 hours to get their money back this is ridiculous some of us don’t even have $100 on our cards to me this is a type of like I said theft or fraud because they’re taking money out of our accounts that we’re not giving the OK for and then we’re expected to wait up to three days before receiving our money back God for bid something were to happen that we needed that money for an emergency and we can’t get to it because they’re taking our money this needs to be resolved and resolved NOW I am going to be letting others know that they can put in a complaint because this is getting out of hand we can’t even go to the gas station and pump gas now because the gas station wants to take all of our money and expect us to wait up to 72 hours to get it back. Please fix this NOW!!!

I went to the store in question today, 6563 big laurel highway Princeton WV. The employee was having trouble completing my Transaction So I offered some input on what was going on I needed to split pay and use some cash and use some money on a card. The employee in question didn’t know what I was talking about. I have this done all the time, at every gas station that I’ve ever been to and she didn’t know how to do it because she wasn’t trained properly. When I offered my input the lady got upset with me and rudely asked me “ Do you want my job”? After briefly arguing with me as to wether the system would let her or not. And then threw my money back at me. This happened between between 11:40 AM and Noon. On Tuesday, June 14. I then asked to speak to a manager and the lady that responded was rude with me too because that was her friend neither one of these ladies need to have a job working at a register that deals with people on a social level all day long. This was totally uncalled for and I was refused a manager when I asked for one. They simply lied and said I’m the manager. All this is on camera by the way you can clearly see her throw the money at me and I was trying to be nice she gets upset and says I’m rude. It’s not my fault that she didn’t know how to do her job. And if she doesn’t know how to take some advise from someone who does know what they’re talking about, she don’t need a position with society. I don’t want someone like that in charge of the money I hand her.
