-transaction date 8/11/22 -21,000 dollar purchase -failure to provide service records and attempting to sell me on a warranty that would not be honored if purchased -selling me a product that the motor blew before my first payment - they are trying to have me trade in the product and keep changing the trade in value or having me trade in for an over priced productBusiness response

Customer purchased motorcycle on 08/11/22. Customer called the dealership on 10/7/2022 asking to purchase a warranty for his motorcycle. We informed customer that in order to sell a warranty we would need to do an inspection on the motorcycle before a warranty could be sold. Customer then informed us that there was a problem with the motorcycle. Customer brought the motorcycle in for diagnostic, service technician believes problem was caused by abuse of rider over revving. Customer doesn't want to repair or trade bike.
