Every time we take our camper in for warranty repairs it takes months and months. Can never get ahold of anyone constant conflicting stories. Repairs are never correct or completed. Warranty coverage denied when coverage is clearly stated. Will not give me any time frame for anything whatsoever won’t even answer my request for it. Flooring was ruined upon pickup due to their negligence and was never repaired or replaced. Complete lack of communication and I don’t even feel comfortable with my camper being in their lot. Previous repairs done incorrectly or just ignored when i requested they be repaired while under manufacturer warranty have now become larger problems and though shoukd be covered under my extended warranty they seem to be un willing too allow that which makes me feel like the warranty company wants them too deny all responsibility regardless of actual warranty coverage.Business response

This cabinet was repaired May of 2021.
The slide out did have screws that pulled out for some reason and was also fixed at that time. It shows pictures of the inside repair, but I can't identify the problem from pictures.
The fender skirt was missing a few screws, and possibly fender, but they were repaired in May 2021.
The unit went out of factory warranty 2/5/22.

AGWS is covering one slide out.
After talking to Mr ******* I explained the front cap has been jack knifed, pushing the cap to the drivers side causing the trim to be knocked loose, and apparently causing the fiberglass to move breaking off the light. Now missing? The front cap has some fiberglass body putty??? and a spray bomb used to repaint it.I told him I could do that repair for approx $600.
When I told him we needed the defective fender, he said he didn't have it where a tire had blown and knocked it off.
He claims the fender skirting didn't have enough brackets in it, and I agreed to look at that when it was in the shop.
I also let him know on the blinds, we sell the cord, and it only would take him under an hour to replace the cord on each one.
The AC, I feel will be resolved as soon as it is in the shop.
Detector isn't acting up, but will check in the shop.
We're down to just over 100 jobs backed up, and feel his unit will be in for repairs in a week.
Again, warranty expired 2/5/22
