I moved away from the residence that is serviced by Morgantown Utility Board (MUB), and through repeated efforts to cancel services, six months later I am still being billed. I have contacted the business numerous times to cancel my trash service, which was transferred to them by ******** Services. I have provided my previous lease agreement which shows the termination date of June 30, 2023 to both ******** Services and MUB and I am still being billed regardless of these efforts. I simply want to cancel the services and have the current outstanding bill waived as I have not lived at this address for almost six months. It is my belief that these companies have multiple accounts for the same services at the ** ********** *** address.Initial Complaint

The Morgantown Utility Board (MUB) does not consistently read my water meter, and does not consistently notify me of invoices due. However the keep charging me late fees which they will not wave. I am paying late fees for something I cannot control in their archaic process* ******** who is their manager is a trained robot who only knows how to say no she won’t wave the fees instead of comprehending and resolving the issue at the root cause. I am unfairly being charged these fees. If you look at my credit and my other monthly bills everything is paid 100% on time. The only issue I have paying bills is with MUB. They said the last reading was 1/27/22, and it was mailed from Morgantown, WV on 2/4/22 but all I’ve received is a yellow termination notice for a full amount with late charges. I have received no monthly statements.
