I visit mountaineer casino from Thursday to Monday October 13-17,2022. I been lost on the slot and table games every day but the casino says I won ??? When I asked for cameras reviewed again because I lost not winning and it’s not fair for people lost money but still have to pay for the tax at the end of the year from casino cheating winning lost from the players. The casino refused review the camera and the casino is threatening not let me come back in until I show them my tax last year ???! Not just the table games they cheat on the players. The slot machine also. Some how they shut down the slot machine made the slot machine no bonus games over 2hrs no matter I bet 20-50dollars each time . Please help me get correct winning lost at the casino. Thank you very muchCustomer response
