I booked a trip with this company. I purchased their trip cancellation policy for an extra $19. The policy states you can cancel your trip within 72 hours and be refunded 93%. There are severe thunderstorms in the area and since it is camping and rafting we wanted to cancel for safety reasons. I called and they said I had to cancel prior to 72 hours. This is not what the policy says, so they told me I will not get my 317.36 back. I was mislead with the additional cancellation policy.
