I had 6 slider windows and 7 transom windows (Wincore windows) installed by ******* ******** of ** about 7 years ago. When selecting the windows was informed about the warranty against fading. The problem is with 4 of the slider windows. Needless to say the windows lo** horrible. The problem is for the past year multiple people have tried contacting this company for resolution. Once they talk to someone who will “get back to them” and order the windows they then get ghosted and get no return calls and can’t get anyone to actually talk and get the replacements ordered. This should not be a difficult process. I can’t imagine any business wanting to use this company for windows if they have no follow through. I want this company to contact not only me but my contractor Brian with ******* ******** of ******** to get this process completed asap. A year is not only way too long but ridiculous.

We will get this resolved just to clarify someone with Wincore is not taking care of this issue or is there another entity involved?

There will be someone reaching to begin the resolution.

A few month ago I ordered several Wincore 7700 Series windows to be installed, based upon documentation in their literature and on their Website indicating that the 7700-series windows are ********** certified for my zone (North Central). I was anticipating applying for energy tax credits totaling $1200 ($600 each for 2023 and 2024) based upon this knowledge. When the windows arrived they are NOT ********** certified for any zone other than Southern. Apparently, the certification requirements have changed since I ordered the windows but I was never informed, nor were my installer nor his supplier. It was news to them. Had any of us been informed, the order would likely have been changed or cancelled, but we were never given that opportunity. And as of today their Website continues to indicate incorrectly that the windows I ordered are ********** compliant in my zone, which is false advertising. I called the company but all they did was refer me to a regional sales rep who has not returned my call.

We would need an order number to track and I have asked our folks to reach out to obtain this. ****** **** is a voluntary program and we have glass packages that meet each zone and they would need to be ordered to the desired zone. We do not automatically put a glass package in based on the location. Current Low e is extremely energy efficient and cost effective where as the specific ****** **** requirement may add additional cost to a window in some regions.

We will make every attempt to remedy the situation and follow up once complete

Wincore is not passing the buck. We are obligated to work through our distributor. As for the product we are only responsible for what is ordered. We are willing to resolve this and if $1200 does this then we will provide that.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved and at that point I will also close the incident I just opened with the Missouri Attorney General.

Wincore Is a vendor for our company out of the ******* ** area. We have been trying for well over two months to get basic marketing materials for the clients we have and are lining up. We have been told by your sales rep that we can use the info on the Wincore website and that is great except you do not have pictures of your own products on that site. How is it that as a major vendor or as any vendor we cannot get basic images from your company? I hope that your warranty filing and actually service to our consumer base will be better. Honestly, we are looking for another vendor as we are quickly losing faith in Wincore. We have thousands invested in the gearing up of this project and totally upset over that lack of action on your rep's side. I have also called the warehouse directly and got nowhere. Hey, how about someone calls us, and then text us some images? Better yet, finish your website and put the images up in the places where it says "Image Coming Soon". Otherwise, we will have to cancel any and all pending orders/future orders and move on.

Our home was built in 2019. Our builder gave us the representative name and phone number from Wincore Windows. I have left three messages and the rep is not returning my call. Almost all of our windows are leaking and our home is only 4 years old. I would like to get this issue resolved before mold becomes a problem in our home.

Replacement windows were put in by this company backwards 1 1/2 years ago in 2021. The windows are still in incorrectly. The vendor who keeps coming to fix them has put them wrong twice and voiced not being sure which way is the correct way they go during the summer of 2021. The sales rep has never once come to look at them himself and tells me "They look wrong because they are newer". The vendor had previously put a third window in backwards that he fixed and now looks correct. The other two windows should match but do not because the darker UV sun repelling side that my windows have are on the inside instead of the outside and have been since the summer of 2021. I have called and texted the sales rep Brian ***** many times for a year now to have them fixed (for the 3rd time) and he no longer will even return my calls. I have also called the company twice to file complaints and still my windows have not been fixed.

We are investigating now and will get a resolution.
