Ordered a stock from JMAC Customs. Due to a mistake in their shipping label, the package was marked undeliverable b the **** and was returned to JMAC. I reached out to the regarding simply sending the package back to me with a corrected shipping label. They have refused to assist in this matter. JMAC has made it perfectly clear that they do not care that I am out the money for the purchase and do not have the item, due to their mistake. I have reached out to their customer service department multiple times regarding this issue and they have refused to offer a resolution or accept responsibility for their error. It doesn't matter the quality of your product if you do not give proper customer service and, essentially, scam people out of their money.Customer response

I placed an order for a stock and cheek riser. The package said it had arrived at my building on the 12th of June but never arrived. I reached out to JMAC Customs LLC about the issue via email and by phone with no response.
