The dirtiest room we my son and I have ever stayed at I guess the old saying you get what you pay for in this case But all I wanted was a dang refund I have the pictures to show how dirty this place wasBusiness response

Guest ***** ****** was checked in room *** at 10:35 pm with 2 rooms *** * ****
There was no complain in room *** as it shows but unfortunately *** might have been nor clean properly which is surprise to us as our housekeeper are very professional & working for some time.
In any case we were not full house & in those case customer can always ask for better room to Accommodate or ask for refund, and not stay with us, also morning Lady front desk gave her $10 discount for room, For her Inconvenience in her folio that next day check out.
We will give her additional discount of $25 in her credit card as a courtesy. If she wants to accept it we will be glad to do that.
Again we are sorry for her Inconvenience at our place. And we will make sure we meet the standard for our guests unfortunately we can't do anymore then this.
