I had placed an order for a shirt from a local business, and pre-paid using ******* fiends and family, as advised by the business owner, on August 16, 2024. I was advised they are a week out on orders and asked to be notified when available. On Friday, August 30, 2024 (2 weeks later) I had reached out to check the status and the owner advised the shirt was ready. After receiving a photo of the product, it is exceptionally clear that the design is not what I had ordered. I messaged the owner and asked for a refund, as I never picked up the product because I am unhappy that what I paid is NOT the design I had ordered. The owner advised that "no one else" has a problem with the design change and the store policy, in which they own, is no refunds, but they can offer store credit. As I was not notified about the design change, and there is nothing else from the business I would like, store credit is a useless option and I feel a refund is deserved.
