  Date of purchase was February of 2022. It had a check engine light on which was put in writing they would fix the issue causing the light. It was brought back the next day. Then remained there for approximately 1 month. The same day it was received back the light had come back on and was brought back. It had been in their care 6 or 7 times and the keep returning either the next day or same day. The issue returns when getting high RPM's. The most recent time they replaced 8 lifters and push rods after having the parts for awhile. Was left without a rental until I mentioned seeking legal council. I have driven the truck roughly a week and a half since purchased. Today, 08/02/22, after 2 weeks of waiting to here what is going to be done this time, I was informed they will not be fixing it or paying for anything else. I am requesting receipts and proof of all parts purchased and used to fix the truck. As well as finishing the job to fixing the truck.

  This has been an issue that I have turned over to our Pioneer Chevrolet service department. According to them , it has a lifter issue that ******* ****** has known issues with. They have replaced lifters and other components to help resolve it. It now appears that the customer has had another issue on that related repair. I have contacted the General Manager Mark *********n regarding this. He is going to contact the customer on Tuesday 8/23 when he gets in the office so we can work on getting this problem resolved.

  i have not received any calls about this matter. I have tried to call myself and speak with them and respond on the phone as well. I have also left messages and have yet to receive a respond back. I would like for this matter to be taken care of immediately as I have waited for this to be taken care of for several months now. I would like to be able to drive a vehicle that I purchased and still have yet to be able too.
