In 2019 I hired Mister B's to replace an existing furnace and air conditioning system in my home. As my home is modular, I am limited in what type of equipment I can use as well as what companies actually will work on modular homes. Mister B's came highly recommended by a neighbor and I hired them for the job. They replaced my Intertherm furnace and ** unit with an ***************** unit. Due to pricing, I was unable to add the ** back. Mister B's, however, took the existing ** unit and left the connecting wires literally just laying on the ground. When asked about this, they stated that they were going to be replacing the ** unit anyway. The work they left was beyond horrible! I just stood in my laundry room, where the furnace is located, and cried! Glaring at me was waterline running all along the ceiling! Beyond hideous! They did come out and re-route the waterline, but it is still visible in one area. The previous unit didn't have anything like that! Recently, I hired another company to install the **. It turns out, the ***************** that was installed by Mister B's isn't for anything but heating! And this type of furnace should never have been installed in a modular home! The modifications this system will need to actually be able to add ** will run us over $7,000!!! I am SO SORRY I ever let Mister B's in my home!! If I could do that one over, I wouldn't!
