We had a sewer issue and had sewer backing up into our house. We called Jeff Kastle property manager and we were told we were the only one’s having issue and then sms the owner Micheal Avery on 2nd day. We were told they were prioritizing. Jeff Kastle and his maintenance man were literally doing nothing when we seen them both days. They kept saying it was our issue. I took picture of line that was backed up and by this time sewer was on the floor in our bathroom. Owner said he would have to push JK to do job. Our property was moved and hasn’t been seen since that day and was 5 solar batteries from vehicles that had to be moved to work on the sewer. Jeff said it was on our end for sewer problems but it was obviously the property manager end that was bad and he said it was something we did because the clean out was missing an elbow and pipe cracked that was buried in the ground about 4ft of depth. Our bathroom was ruined since it had taken the 3 days to look at line. I even asked owner to let me work on sewer line myself but Jeff refused. After that horrible incident I found that my property was taken 5 Batteries at $200-$250 per battery. The property manager blatantly lied and said he made sure not to touch any of my property but he moved 2 lawnmowers, bicycle and batteries just to be able to work on the sewer line. Me and my family have been harassed by property manager and KOA office and their family that lives at Pine Meadows Park. We want the harassment to stop nad be paid for property missing by property manager and his maintenance person. They also left a bag of feces from sewer to spite us. I would like to have a peaceful life on this property and we have no opportunity to move until we pay off home.please help. We also need to get quote from bathroom damage that was property management fault for not doing his job.

      12/19/2023

On October 19, 2023, at 8:03 pm Mr. Esquibel sent a Zingle notifying us that the main sewer line in the mobile home park was plugged. We did not read the zingle until 8:00 am on the morning of October 20th. We do not use our zingle system for emergencies being that we have an afterhours emergency number. Mr. Esquibel has my personal cell phone number and could have called me directly or driven down to the office and gotten the emergency number off the door.  Once I was notified of the issue on October 20, 2023; Craig Ford and myself checked the main sewer line above and below lot 27. We found the line to be clear and running freely. I also contacted the owners of lots 25, 26 and 29. These owners stated they were not having any issues with their sewer. I’ve included statements from each tenant for those lots. The owner of lot 28 gave us permission to check lot 28, which was also clear. We also checked the sewer line further down and it was also clear. At this point I started reaching out to local plumbers to come out and snake Mr. Esquibel's line. Local plumbers could not get to it until Sunday. I also called Roto Rooter out of Casper, and they said they would send a plumber down. Unfortunately, we found our snake was broken, so we could not snake the line. I also informed Mr. Esquibel that he would need to reach out to a plumber as well, being that the clog was in his line only. We offered to pay for the plumber if he could get one to come out. Mr. Esquibel continued to insist that there was a main sewer line clog, which there was not. I do not believe he called a plumber and Roto Rooter did not show.  October 21, 2023, Craig Ford and I went to lot 27 to try to remedy the situation. Mr. Esquibel’s clean out was missing the clean out cap and one side of the clean out had been cut off at some point.  I tried to make the snake we had work but it would not feed correctly. I then took a bucket of water and poured it down the clean out so we could see into the piping. I observed a hole in the bottom of the combo assembly. The hole was above the main line and this was one of two points where the sewer was stacking up. The sewer was no longer making it to the main sewer line. Someone at some point had rammed, I’m assuming a pipe, because there was one leaning up against the mobile home, down through the fitting assembly. Craig and I proceeded to excavate the clean out assembly and found that the assembly was broken in 3 different places. Once again, the sewer was not making it to the main line due to the hole in the side combo coming off of the main sewer line running below. Craig Ford and Dana Dugan also witnessed an intact, free flowing main sewer line. There was no way for the water in the main sewer line to backup into the mobile homes sewer system. All of the water in the pictures came from inside use. Once again, the issue was on Mr. Esquibel’s side. We repaired the line at no cost to the tenant.  Before we started digging, we did not observe any batteries. Craig did have to move a lawn mower out of the area so we could dig the hole. As for the bag of feces we may have missed it when cleaning up and do sincerely apologize for leaving it behind. We were both covered in feces and mud and wanted to get cleaned up as soon as possible. I have letters from surrounding tenants and pictures of fittings as well if needed. ere...
