    I have dealt with Tools in Motion on a couple of different occasions, I thought *** the owner was excellent, ***** up front was decent. Now that I ran into a real problem with the car, they are sucking me dry financially... I recently dealt with ***** the new mechanic, poor communication skills, talks in riddles that you can't understand so you will agree to have them work on your car, spent over $2200 and my car was not fixed for the issue it was brought in for. Now being quoted an additonal $1700 with NO end in sight...They didn't fix the issue that the car was brought in for, I specifically told them the code was P052e, they are now saying it wasn't active only stored so they couldn't fix it. *** looked me straight in the eyes and promised me that they could fix it which they didn't, what a ****, sad way to run a company by lying to customers and taking their hard earned money $$$Stay as far away from these guys as you can, they cannot be trusted. My wife and I are being taken advantage of!!!!!Turn around, go back out the door and never look back, your wallet will thank-you Run, run, run as fast as you can 0 stars out of 5

    Yes, you did bring it in for a very intermittent P052E, ****. You came in to drop the key off for the next day, and as you were leaving , the car started bucking really bad. This set code P0339. You left the car with us instead of dropping it off overnight. We cleared faults and went for a road test. Only the P0339 set as an active fault. As I believe in transparency, you were informed of this and authorized us to diagnose this new fault. We isolated the fault to a failed crankshaft position sensor. There is a technical service bulletin to inspect and replace the tone wheel if necessary. This was all quoted for you. We explained that this likely will not fix your P052E fault but will fix the new bucking concern that was active and If the P052E returned, further diagnosis will be required. You authorized the repair. We even talked about this when the P052E returned and you couldn't acknowledge the conversation. I am sad that you chose not to mention this part of our conversation and that you are failing to acknowledge the true circumstances around our business transaction. If the P0339 has returned, I would be more than happy to address it for you.
