            KBA did some repairs on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in June of 2023. This included replacement of the oil cooler assembly. Payment of $****** was processed on June 23, 2023.The oil pressure sensor (part of the oil cooler assembly) has since failed and needs to be replaced again. We were hoping that the oil pressure sensor would be replaced by KBA (through the *** manufacturer) under warranty as it is less than one year old. I left a phone message with KBA * weeks ago and now, when calling again, their phone number appears to be disconnected. I will now need to pay another shop to replace the part.

            We have tried to call them as they have our rims and tires in their shop. Number is now disconnected and shop is locked.We need to get our belongings out of the shop.
