on July 6 I had purchased a *** from Barbecues Galore. I had done research on the product prior to the purchase and spoken with a sales *** before purchasing. An approx a week an half into having the *** a part failed on the control k*** I had spent 13 over 4 different days and times hours on hold with Nepolean Support of which they never answered the phone I had noticed a very large disc***ancy with "hotspots" on the **** the the first 6 - 10 inches of the *** does not heat up or barely cook the product, as well as between the burners, I have pictures of the food and hot spots the I had reached out to the barbecues galore to to inquiry about a return of the product or exchange the product and receive the difference in price I first spoke with ****** who indicated they do not return used **** and obtain the ***lacement part for me. I took the weekend to think about this resolution and well i appriciate ****** obtaining a ***lacement part. I was not satisfied with the over quaility build of the product, which was marketed to be outstanding. I was not satisfied with the quality of the cook as it related to hot spots and it was concerning to me the had parts so readily avaliable for a *** with a 15+ year warrenty I called back a few days later and waiting on hold for 30 mins before having to call back to get a manager *** who said he would look into it and never called me back. I called the following day and spoke to ****** who advised me they do not return used *** but praised me for trying to reach out to the manufacture. I purchased this *** with the understanding this had high build quality and i purchased from Barbecues galore for its customer service both have failed to meet the min standard. I have had the *** for less then a month, Had i been advised this was a final sale i would have considered that when making my purchase on top of in their website it says returns are at the discretion of the store.
