Hired Cargo Movers (******* ************* to move my furniture and transport my truck that is scheduled on May 16 and drop to my new place requested is on May 21 of 2024. I choose Cargo Movers due to they offer me to transport my truck with amount of 2700 plus even though, they offer is 300 more than the other moving company. I called their customer service (*****) before the May 16 pick up to follow up the transport company that will collect my truck, she mentioned that they will be either call me on the morning or just shown up. On the day of Pick -up, the truck arrived to collect my furniture but no driver for my truck to transport. I called the customer service ******* and she mentioned that The logistic company under ********** ****************** having an issue and they cannot collect my truck and will reimburse the full amount. My flight is scheduled on May 21, and dont have chance to source other service company to transport my truck. I accept the reimbursement and look for other service company. So in the end I paid extra 400 to other service company.Second scenario, is that they delivered my furniture on May 25 instead of May 21. Within 4 days, my pregnant wife, my daughter and I use a small bed to fit our self. We received our furniture and found some damage items like, 2 stand light glass are broken. I paid 150 for extra packaging each for my china cabinet, king size matress and corner shelf and found damages on them. Worst is they did not bring my tool box. The driver as me to file a complain. I send an email to Cargo Movers filing a complaint and requested for an answer and locate my mixing box. Sadly, they are offering me a estimated weight of 550 lbs and use 0.6 per weight. The total cost is 570 but they will deduct the 350 deductible and only 220 they will reimburse to me. I believed the kind of offer to cover all the loses and frustration hiring this company is not humanitarian. I would appreciate if you can help me on this matter.
