I contacted Iron Crown Contractors Corp. asking to provide quote for my garage and basement work. I spoke with the owner *** ********************************* who then visited my place with her partner ********* (****) ****** and provided the quote. We decided that they will finish the garage first and then move on to basement. They did not finish the garage work and took 4 months just to partially completing the garage whereas the full contract agreed time was 2 months only. They said the garage work that's left costs only few hundred dollars and I can give them that when completed however asking another vendor now, it's over $1200 job. 
They knew initially already about that and hence took the most money out from me as they can. They took advance payment of $3000 for basement and never put a single nail in there. They kept on saying we will return your money and later stopped responding to my emails and changed their numbers. 
At the time when I contracted them, they were BBB Accredited so I trusted based on that but later when they ******* me already and I returned to the BBB page I found they are NOT accredited to BBB anymore. I have already gone through enough stress and anxiety due to this horrible experience with this team and want to have my money returned as well as do not want them ever to come up with a new business name and continue their misleading business practice for innocent Albertans.
