Replace rotten plywood cost + $***/sheet and $*** minimum charge. They intentional broken the contract missing installation of the metal valley. . Also they did not follow the ******* building code, using less nails that make the roof loss the wind insurance from the manufacture; a few exposed nails was found on their work and left nails and garbage on the roof after the job. they refused to solve the problem, continue cheating the consumer, saying buyers wont inspect the roof and refused providing the project material list. the Invoice ****.Business response

She is mistaken, * nails is ok within manufacturer specs and code . This is the first Ive heard about the exposed nails which I have no problem fixing , this isnt a leak issue . Closed valleys are code however our manufacturer does prefer open valleys , her valleys are covered under our warranty and I have told her in writing that they will last ** years minimum .
She is simply looking for reasons to hold payment for a separate matter as I believe she doesnt have the money and is upset that she has a lien on her home now .

Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because: I have another professional inspection the roof after the roofing. He pointed out:1.***-nail requirement is a standard manufacture installation.
Theres not enough nail fasteners for the shingles installation. Heavier wind will blow off the shingles. ****-nail is the minimum installation requirement but will loss the manufactures warranty from wind events per the manufactures warranty manual.2. No metal valley was installed. the rainwater will scour the shingle damaged fast. this is not a recommended installation, so no such installation around my neighborhood. People can't see such installation in ******* as well. The manufacture's installation guide shows closed valley is an option, but from my roofing contract should have metal valley installed. The installer intentional miss the metal valley installation and said it was the manufacture recommended them to apply closed valley on my property, breaking the contract, please provide the proof who, when, and why HE/SHE let the installer do this on my property? any benefit for my property?
3. the installer has no warranty details provided. I asked for, they said to download the manufacture's warranty manual, they only follow the manufacture's warranty. Then who can provide the warranty for the installer's poor works and how?
Sincerely,
