      This has got to be one of the worst management companies I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I am currently the board president for my condo association and their lack of communication and follow-up has cost us hundreds of dollars. We had been through 4 managers in the timeframe of 2 years and were not notified and a return mail was not set-up to notify that the board that the people had left. This lead to a dangerous condition at our property being present for weeks while we tried to contact our manager. Inquiries and requests from the board were taking months to address, often times the manager Darren potter, indicated that this was due to the emails going to his junk folder from our vendors. They had tried to slip some late charges on a bill that were fairly substantial by us for an invoice they had not paid on time. After letting them go as our property manager, they proceeded to bill us for various items that the board was not made aware would be charged back. As well as billed us for copies after their mgmt period. Questions about these charges have gone unanswered and our new mangers have not receive any of our condo documents from them and it is 5 months after termination. I have also had various owners contact me now to let me know that complaints they had put forward were not passed onto the board. Very disappointed in their lack of service. Please do your Condo association a favor and bypass this company. It will save you a lot of headaches in the future.
