            Good friendly knowledgeable people there. Good work done , incomplete but ok quality.Overcharged - worked on my unit for 9 hrs but charged 12 and not completely finished. Knowledgeable folks just a little ******. That's my story

            *****,Sorry to hear youre not satisfied with the work that was completed. As explained prior via email we have 14+ hours into your vehicle. we had multiple technicians working on it to have completed at the end of day. We invoiced you for the exact amount as quoted via telephone conversation weeks prior to your appointment, which was agreed-upon. You also expressed how you received estimates substantially higher.In regards to work, not being completed our understanding is the only thing that was remaining was the rear bumper brackets. The vehicle is equipped with an aftermarket rear bumper in which the bumper brackets that are included in your supplied kit are for the factory bumper. The aftermarket bumper is also equipped with the rear hitch receiver, If the brackets did possibly fit your aftermarket bumper, the hitch receiver, would not be safe to use. as per your request, we left them off. We take great pride in our service, and our truly sorry that you are not satisfied, We felt that we went above and beyond staying late to complete your vehicle and honouring the original quote, which was less hours than what we had into it.
