I think they are a rip off, bought a car battery from them on Nov. 27 2023, with a 2 year replacement Warranty and 6 year prorated warranty, performed ok for the first 3 months, then my car started alerting me to check the battery in early March, so I put my charger on to see if it would take a charge, it charged approximately 3 hours then went into reconditioning mode, strange for a 4 month old battery, I then removed it to check the fluid level, **** it's a maintenance free type, they are all junk but at least more reputable company's will replace it, playing the old battery game again. I then put my tester on it and it read weak I put the tester on load, it read bad, so I attempted to return it, the put it on their tester and said all tested ok, **** the President of the company said he would get fired if he replaced a perfectly good battery, but said they would send it out to the warehouse for a couple days for more testing. I had to call them back 3 days later, they had a hard time finding it but finally did so we drove there to pick it up, **** then told me they discharged and recharged it several times and the battery was sitting charged for the extra day ha! ha! Well I do not think that action was any good for it at all, and they refused to replace it, I got it home and checked it again and now it's worse than before, I feel he did this on purpose with total disregard for the customer just because I questioned and challenged his methods. I have been working with batteries before he was born and probably know twice as much being a solar power system builder and owner with multiple Journeyman tickets, he lied, cheated, and insulted my intelligence do not deal with these clowns they sell junk and use intimidating tactics to brush you off, this is the worse experience purchasing a battery in 60 years I'll write the $104 off and continue in to warn people of their business practices by writing reviews and word of mouth Thanx for reading

Our warranty process involves multiple charging and discharging cycles to gather at least three test results. In your case, all three tests indicated a pass, which unfortunately means we are unable to process a warranty claim. We are committed to honoring warranties for true manufacturer defects, but as we strive to pay livable wages and offer competitive pricing (at least $50 cheaper per battery than our competitors), our margins do not allow for the replacement of batteries that are not deemed defective through our testing process.We have received reports from multiple employees alleging that you made racist comments towards a colleague.
