On Feb. 11/22 there was a P.O. approved for myself to pick up a fridge and stove from Pops, The fridge was working for the most part, the top of the fridge was freezing but the bottom wasn't, I noticed it got cold but not to cold. I finally called Pops and talked to the manager, who informed me that I had to call the manufacturer directly. I did that, they told me they would do a work order to have to fixed. So I waited two weeks, then I called them back, they informed me that the company they sent the work order to refused to come this far, so they were going to escalate it up to a higher management. No one called me, not once. Anyway I called the manufacturer again, this am.. They informed me that they sent an email to Pops on March 16, to replace the fridge. Here I'm waiting and no one has even called to notify me. I stopped in the store this am. and talked to the same manager, who said he received an email on the 16th in regard to this. If this is the case why wasn't I even called. While talking to the manager he said I was being rude, I said no I wasn't, I was just asking why I wasn't called on the 16th since it is now the 28th. He said he might have one in stock and he'd get back to me. It is now noon and he still hasn't called. I am not very happy with the service of this company. How would he like to live without a fridge for over a month with the cost of food the way it is right now as I have to replenish my fruit and veggies, milk every second, third day.
