Our move was actually done in 4 acts. We moved-out from North Vancouver in the end of September, Vancouver VIP moving, helping us get everything ready to leave the continent whereas Tony coordinated our move-in with Vancouver Island crew. From the first contact, we've been thoroughly informed of all steps and recommendations, charges for enhanced coverage, timelines... Jeremy visited our place to complete an in-person inventory, estimated a 3-men crew, loading the truck in the afternoon, catching the ferry to the island in the morning after, where they'd unload our things into a storage facility, as our building was still under construction. We packed most of our stuff ourselves, having some extra pads for delicate furniture and a TV. Jordan, Sean and Lucas were incredibly fast, careful and mindful with our condo limitations. The unloading was a 2-man job, Jordan once again and Josh, who also kept the great work: the storage unit was loaded in less than 2 hours. Then about a month later we booked the move-in with Vancouver VIP moving. The 3-man crew arrived on time, Alex, Sergio and Erik transferred the stuff from the storage in the afternoon and the duo Alex and Sergio unloaded the truck in the next day morning, also being super understanding of some constraints a new building has. I think it's really hard to find such a reliable moving company out there - if you've read the reviews, testimonials, and checked credentials! I've moved over 20 times in my 40 years and this was by far the best move. Super recommended!
