            On September 21, 2021, BBB received a scam tracker report about receiving an invoice from Central Support Services.  The consumer ordered products from Konica Minolta and called the number on the invoice and was told they were part of Konica Minolta. BBB has received information that Konica Minolta's name is being used by scammers. Please be cautious of invoices coming from Central Support Services. Konica Minolta explains that valid invoices should be coming from Konica Minolta office in Ontario. 

            On January 23, 2023 BBB also attempted to contact Central Support Services by calling 800-613-6358 listed on the invoice. BBB was able to leave a message.  As of today, January 23, 2023, BBB has not heard back from the business.
