I am a business owner that takes reviews very seriously. I will never harm a company by giving them a bad review online unless I have tried my very best to settle whatever conflict at hand, with the right people,in all the right positions of the company. I did just that, with Rideau. I will reachout to the individual I dealt with if that doesn't work , I will take it to higher ups to make sure everyone in the company is aware of the situation at hand .we serviced a move for this company on June 6th 2022. With estimates sent with all the terms and conditions Laid out clearly including our payment terms and conditions. After 10 days of trying to collect payment from the company they ignored all of our emails without one response. We can clearly see that our emails were opened and read. The contractor we were speaking with kept on telling us they are busy don't worry they will make a payment ?? When it is clear in our estimate and contract it states payment must be received at end of job on-site. Now this busy person named Tina L*** has been dodging our calls and emails, again we can see it from our end that she opens our emails but yet neglects to respond. A professional as they claim to be would have the ethics and decency to reply to our inquiry and to her duty to make a payment. After 10 days of having no luck whatsoever I finally decided to call their head office. To my second impression of the company the receptionist claimed that they are going through some major staff changes in the company and everything is chaotic at the moment. I Said fine , but why can't you guys reply to our emails when we can clearly see that your opening them and reading them and not have the common courtesy to reply with just a few words if you are so busy and understaffed. I was baffled! At her reaction getting super offended *** ******* ** ** ***** **** *** **** *** **** hang up on me immediately! I have to say , this is the worst and most disappointing experience of my life. *
