C Tour Holidays USA (in association with Silk Way Travel CANADA and other agencies) has provided sham tour itineraries that promises extensive trips for expensive prices. A bunch of lies and gaslighting from all the employees/tour guides and absolutely zero regard for customers. False promises on trip itineraries, yes it is understandable that traffic and weather implications happen however telling us that the destinations we have missed will require more fees to make up for however missing those destinations that we had initially paid for was beyond our control and choice. They are basically taking our money, sticking us in mediocre 2 star hotels and letting us go to mostly free destination stops yet taking hefty service fees. Why would I be paying to sit on a bus for more than half of the day? Again, traffic is a given and completely understandable but every thing else? Unacceptable for a travel agency that puts so much glam and glory in their travel itineraries only to say oh things are subjected to change. One of our itiniery stops was ****************** in ****** but it was mostly closed to public which was pretty much public knowledge had they done their research and homework properly prior to bringing people there. Another is the tour guides bribing people to leave fake 5 star reviews to boost the companys ****** morale.. its despicable and disgraceful. There is zero integrity to this business and no one else should be subjected to this kind of torture. This also applies on the associated travel agencies that they have affiliations with to help them sell and promote these tours. They are aiding and abetting this scam.
