    This business was hired to manage our strata complex, and has not represented our strata in good faith at all. Bills were not paid on time. Documents are being withheld. This company refuses to answer calls or take emails from us. This company gave us 2 months notice of termination of the contract and quit after 3 weeks. Did not deposit money that was sent. Did not transfer documents just to even more frustrate the situation. This company would not take calls from our vendors that were owed money and refused to explain the actions. Our funds were held in an account that was soulful controlled by this company and the documents provided are incomplete

    The strata complex did not have the funds to pay the bills they owed to contractors. Without funds in the account bills could not be paid on time. We have taken calls, answered emails, and gave two months notice. We offered to terminate earlier if they wanted to save money as they have become self managed with a bookkeeper. All records have been provided as per the Strata Property Act. All money has been deposited in a prompt manner. Documents have been transferred to the council and to the bookkeeper under the rules of the **** We spoke with contractors wanting to be paid and explained that there was a lack of funds. The bank accounts were transferred over by *********** as soon as the Strata set up accounts. This can all be verified by our branch manager. Our accountant can also verify all transactions were done with the utmost integrity. ************************* proceeded to accept my offer of leaving earlier to save them some money. They made that choice. He has since made a campaign out of speaking out against my company. Often when there is a change in ***************** there are upset people who take the opportunity to find fault with us. Each allegation is false. Each can be verified and proven if need be and I welcome the opportunity.
