After agreeing to buy the car based on a video and information sent to me, when i went to pick up the car on Nov 18th 2023, as soon as i started the car, the parking sensor was chiming very loud, i stopped the car and looked at the front the sensor was pushed in so it was sensing the body work 100% of the time, which turned the alarm off, but that also turns off the cameras, we took the test ride, i was not happy about not being told, but as i had come a long way via a ferry, i decide to buy the car. after driving home the next morning, the car was very slow to start and High Battery Drain warning came up, i took photos, attached, but didn't report it to the garage until the next day Nov 20th 2023, as i want to make sure that I had not left something turned on, I hadn't.I was told to leave it a few days to see if it resolved the issue and if not they would look into it for me. the same issue happened if i left the car for more than 4 hours between starts, i emailed them again on Nov 24th, no reply, again on Nov 29th, still no reply, texted the sales person Nov 30th, got a rely by text Dec 2nd and an email Dec 3rd, which stated i would need to use the warranty i bought with the car, but not until Dec 18th, one month after buying the car. Why it took a week to tell me they would not help and i was on my own, i am not sure. The worst service i have had from a garage, ****** learnt!

Repair of the overnight Battery Drain issue with car, as shown in the photos supplied. The issue was recorded the first morning after purchasing the car. If a rectification for the repair cannot be found, then a monetary compensation of $1,000 is required.

      Thanks,

      ***********************

I bought a Plug-in Hybride ********** ********* 2023 from this dealership. One month ago the engine had an error and I went there and drop off my car to fix it on Sep 25, 2023. They gave me a gas car loaner car after 2 days. It's been a month that every time that I call them they are telling me they are still working in my car and still havn't figured out what is the problem and they said that they can't give me a time line for car repair apparently they are testing one wire per day or something like that! I am paying the car loan and a lot of money for Gas and I can't go to work from HOV lane so it takes me almost 1 more hour daily to commute! I asked for call back from managers haven't heard back yet. I was wondering is there a way to atleast give me a Plug-in car I prefer the same car or compensate for my time and gas money! I'm really frustrated and won't recommend ********** to anyone anymore!

I have received and acknowledged ****** complaint.
He has a brand new 2024 ********** PHEV that came to our shop with a check engine light on September 25 2023.  I have had two of my best technicians working countless hours on *****'s vehicle.  We still haven't found exactly what's wrong with his vehicle as this is the first case of this degree in Canada. This is a very detailed electrical diagnosis which we have ********** Canada techs involved in to help guide us. The customer ***** has been given a service loaner vehicle free of charge while we have his vehicle. We are just as frustrated as the customer as we don't have a fix yet.
We are doing our best and working on his vehicle every chance we get.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

      Regarding complaint #********.
I want to reject the business response and re open the comment for complaint.

After my complain they rushed their technician to work on my car and told me that they found what was wrong with the car and they ordered the part.
They said it will take 10 days to get the parts.
After 2 weeks they reached out to me today and said that they installed the part but the problem is still there.
Now I get back to the start point.

      Sincerely,

      ***** *******

We're still working with ********** ****** to determine the issue with his vehicle. Their first suggestion after many hours of diagnosis was to replace the ECU but after ordering and installing it, it unfortunately did not fix the issue. The issue is currently being escalated to ********** ****** to determine another possible solution.

I posted an advertisement to sell my 2018 ******** AM* * Wagon for $139,999 on ******** marketplace, *********** and autotrader. I was approached by telephone by a salesman named *** from Tricity Mitsubishi. He texted me and said he can offer that amount for my * Wagon and that I should bring it into the dealership to have them inspect it before buying it. I made it clear to him over text and phone that I will not go to the dealership and waste my time if they cannot offer me that price. He agreed, and said the price will not be different than what we are asking. They just need to inspect the car. I got excited and took a day off work with my spouse, and dropped my kids off with my mother in law to head over to Tricity Mitsubishi. The entire drive there and back from my residence was 3 hours, and 72KM. As we got there, we were greeted by *******************************. He inspected the car and told us he can only offer us $100,000 for the * wagon. I was disappointed and furious at this point because we both took time off work and lost $346.14 in wages total. Adding on 72KM on mileage and gas, coming to a total of close to $370 in losses because we fell for this lie. I asked for the manager but ****** said he was the manager and there was nothing he can do about it. Their intent was to rip us off for an additional $40,000 because that's all they can offer even though we made it clear that we are not going to the dealership unless we receive $139,999 given there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Turns out the inspection was clean, but they told us they're not purchasing it.This company is deceiving customres, giving them false, misleading information, and false hope for vehicle purchases. I lost time and money and I want compensation of $370 for what was lost or I will be reporting your business to ******** ********** **.

Someone from Tri-City Mitsubishi ran my credit without my consent and I didn’t have them any information about my birthday, but they were able to attain that without my consent, possible *********. I tried to call the dealership but they denied doing it. But I have proof with my ******* report telling me it was them who checked on my credit score. I called the outlet on 9/11/22 and talked to the sales manager but he denies any involvement about the inquiry. These are my personal information and I feel so ********. How are they able to check on my credit score without my knowledge or consent. Hopefully something will be done about my complain.
