            You need more stars ~ The Vinyl Window Company is definitely 5+++! We contracted with TVWC to replace our 14 windows and a patio door. Windows were manufactured/supplied by ThermoProof of Cowichan, and the installation completed by TVWC. Pricing was reasonable/competitive. The work was completed at the end of January '22 (ahead of schedule). We are pleased to share our absolute delight with our new windows! Not only are we pleased with the quality of the ThermoProof products, but also with the complete installation. The job carried out at our house by Scott & Bill (TVWC) was also impressive; so efficient. They demonstrated total respect for our house/property; their work ethic was second-to-none. We are already noticing the difference ~ the house is quieter, cozier (no draughts!), and -best of all - no depressing condensation! The only downside ~ we can't hear the birds in the garden! So, a big thank you to ThermoProof and to The Vinyl Window Company of Sidney, BC; together they make a great team! Great too that the total work was all Vancouver Island/local. Absolutely no hestation in providing the highest recommendation. A&E, Saanich
