We offered World Pet Express the opportunity to address the above identified patterns. We did not receive their response.
BBB received Scam Tracker reports about World Pet Express, an online fitness company based in Surrey, BC. Consumers alleged that they paid for a product and they did not receive it or were not able to do return/refund.
BBB reached out to the business with letters on July 27, 2021 and August 17, 2021 to confirm and understand the details about their business location, return/refund policies.
As of August 27, 2021, BBB has not received a response from World Pet Express. The website for the company, https://www.worldpetexpress.net/ is still active.

- Before shopping with an unknown online merchant, ask the company for its physical location (address and phone number) so you can check on its reliability with outside organizations like BBB.
- If you tried to cancel a purchase or you are unable to secure a refund within 15 days of purchasing, contact your credit card provider with specific details about the purchase and ask for a chargeback (reversal of the charges).
