            After completing all the forms and expressing my allergy multiple times, I had an ******** facial. With my knowledge of the process, they did not perform any patch tests before moving forward. I must admit that immediately following the facial, I felt fantastic and renewed, but four hours later, I had a reaction. They told me there would be redness for 24 to 48 hours when they first got in touch, but mine lasted for more than 12 days. I had the procedure on January 26 and as of today, February 6, my face is still peeling even with lots of moisturizing. **** ******* * **** ** ***** *** ******* * ******** ***** ***** ***** *** * **** *** ****** **** ****** *** *** **** ****** **** *** ***** ** ******* ** *** ******** ** ***** ********* *** ****** *********** ** ******** ******** **** ********* ***** *** ** ** *** ***** **** * *** ** ******* ********** They were not accountable for the adverse reaction but has verbally ******** me twice in their shop after invited saying to give full refund and treat the problem .

            Upon the client’s visit for their ******** facial, a mandatory medical history form was provided and filled out by the client. This is required to be completed as our aestheticians need to review the form looking for any contraindications. This is important especially in such cases including allergies as we need to be completely confident that our clients are safe in order to start with the treatment. Safety is our top priority. We strive for our clients to be healthy and happy with our service and treatments. An allergic reaction is something that can occur from time to time. It is unfortunate and never done intentionally. Furthermore, in this case, when a reaction was brought to our attention, we recommended consulting their healthcare provider to secure appropriate medical intervention.
