This company has no idea what they are doing or how to fix appliances. The first guy they sent ****** **** ** *** ** ****** *** said press the humidity button when that wasn't the solution at all. Kept telling ** *** **** **** she didn't know how to read English. Kept telling her you see you see it's written in English. The second guy from the same company took our refrigerator off the pedestal and pretty much broke it. Then he ****** calls to tell us to change the gaskets and buy a new fridge. So his solution was for us to spend $3000 in total. Their service is horrible, they are extremely rude and not knowledgeable at all. All we asked for, was for him to come back and put the fridge on a pedestal. We didn't want anything else from them. We didn't want to spend $800 to change the gaskets or $2300 to buy a new fridge from him. We don't want anything to do with him or icare except to put the fridge back on the pedestals. He claims to have been harassed when they were the ones pushing us to have the parts replaced so they could make money. ***** ** *** *****. They also *** *** claim people are verbally abusive when that isn't the case rather they don't want to own up to their mistakes and they never have any proof of the **** they state.
