Danny N came to our house at 0700 in the morning (our request, but he said he was happy to). Our furnace had probably been broken for at least 3 days, luckily in the warm stretch at the beginning of February, but he was able to commit to replacing it the next day if we chose to proceed with his estimate. He came in, assessed the old furnace talked plainly and professionally about options, answered all questions, and then recommended a furnace that fit our needs. He did not hard-sell, nor did we feel like he was trying to upsell us. We were told they would likely have to open the basement ceiling to replace some pipes that were no longer allowed, but by the time they had finished, they did extra work to avoid damaging/opening the ceiling AND did not increase or change the estimate Danny had given us the day before. On top of that, Danny made sure to apply for a rebate that the furnace company makes for replacing their own furnaces, so we're getting $700 back on a 19.5yr old furnace. *** ***** ******* ******* * **** ******* **** ********************
