    The least that could be said to describe this delivery company is **************, disrespectful, *************.

    My package got scheduled for delivery 5 days after what was originally agreed upon. As the tracking information shows, the package was coming on vehicle 002 and the crew members were Zurab and Shakhrier T.

    I received a phone call from the crew saying that they will get to my place in 10 minutes. I said okay great, I will be waiting. Then one of the crew members asked if the package they are picking up is wrapped since this was a product exchange, meaning they were supposed to deliver a package and also pick up another one.

    I told the crew member who was on the phone that when I spoke with customer service, they told me that the crew can help with wrapping the piece of furniture that they are picking up because it needs to be done in a certain way to avoid any damage.

    The crew member replied in an impolite tone "No that's not my problem. We are not delivering your package then"

    I said what do you mean you're not delivering the package?

    The crew member replied with a raised voice "This is your problem, I am not helping with this". Then the two crew members started talking to each other in a foreign language and left me hanging on the phone

    I replied saying that he need to lower his voice and not talk with me in this tone

    Then a crew member yelled at me on the phone "then talk with customer service", one of them yelled the f word in the background, and then they hang up the phone

    Regardless of whether the package was supposed to be wrapped in advance or not and regardless of who is responsible for the miscommunication on how the exchange should happen, the crew shouldn't have acted the way they did on the phone and used offensive language. ************************

    I called the customer service of the company and they wouldn't route my call to the management

    My package was not delivered and hasn't been scheduled for another delivery
