The business completed an install of a green sand tank and asked us to call them if the psi in the pressure tank dropped below 40 psi. The pressure dropped and we called them as this is what was asked of us. Being told this we were under the impression that this was in conjunction with the install and covered under restoring our water system to the working order it was in prior to them doing the work. We then received a bill for this call. After calling them they stated false claims about a small leak in our outside hose draining the well and causing the tank to lose pressure. Something they could not possibly know since our well is below ground. I later found rocks and sand in our sinks faucets. We were not informed prior that this call would be outside the scope Of work nor was anything additional authorized to be charged to us. I made several attempts to dispute and the owner refuses to get back to me but has the secretary call me saying they will be charging me interest on this invoice. The claims about the causes of the water pressure were inaccurate and used as means to fraudulently invoice us. I would also like them to refund us the $247.41 that they billed us above and beyond the quote.
