We had a seven year contract with Trilex Home Security. We signed up for this with the guarantee that nothing would change. After three years we received and email indicating that Trilex had transferred our contract to ***** Security, and that we had to call ***** to set up our account and arrange for changes in pay period and pro-rating. This contract transfer was done without our authorization or knowledge, as Trilex did not even advise us before hand. When I advised Trilex (***************************** Trilex Operations Manager) that we were not interested in continuing our contract with them and that we wanted to terminate it immediately, they said the agreement was already transferred to ***** and there was nothing they could do. Basically they washed their hands of this. We have since contacted *****, and have no complaints with their customer service setting up our account. The purpose of this posting is to warn other potential, and current customers of Trilex, that this company is not only untrustworthy, but totally unconcerned with any form of customer service. We were told that ********************** has taken over *****. My question for ***** is, are sure you want to deal with a company, who's practices, in general, will cast shadows on your company?
