I thought I had *************** for me given that I am redoing my entire house it's nice to have one place to go for all your tile needs. Boy was I wrong! I was assured the first tile I chose, which was quit pricey was made in *****. When I received the boxes they were made in *****. They were extremely hesitant to give me a return I had to argue with the manager for quit some time that I did not received what I paid for. That is the least of my complaint though. While I was waiting for the manager to arrive I ran a quick calculation and noticed The price per square foot and number of square feet ordered produced a dollar amount that was $0.02 more than what it should be. I just paid $640 for tiles for a small shower base, it wasn't a concern about the 2 cents versus why it was that their system unexplicably added 2 cents. When I asked the girl working at the register she actually I kid you not laughed in my face and said to me to chill out and they don't even make pennies anymore. When I told her I valued the extra 2 cents they charged me and wanted to know why it was charged she told me I would be kicked out of the store if I didn't calm down. What type of customer service is that? Am I crazy to think a customer should not be laughed at when asking a simple question. What is worse is when I brought that up to the manager she literally tried to silence the conversation twice which seriously makes me believe this is a practice they engage in as opposed to a one off mistake. I welcome anyone shipping their to check their receipts. If they overcharged you a few cents then this is obviously a money making scheme they have. I will NEVER go to that store again. I don't think I have ever seen treated so poorly ion a store and this is probably the second review I have ever written in my life. That's how bad this experience was!
