    March 2022 purchased reclining sofa paid 20$ deposit - 2wks later went in to pay for sofa, was told price has gone up? How so? I put a deposit down - had to fight to keep price - knew i should have walked away right there and then - sofa delivered march 26th - (think delivery guys dropped it) delivery guys were not going to unwrap for me to view - this is where they make their money - they did unwrap and i notice that. after careful inspection right side recliner did not work - delivery guy said back was broken - called store they will replace - 1 wk later replacement came - installed - pd another deliver - still not working - cannot close recliner once opened - called store - manager **** said to come in and get refund on 2nd delivery and i would need to make a warranty claim. Went into store first week in april - got refund and was then advised by **** that they need to do the warranty not me??? why was i not told this? Now May 24th am told warranty was accepted and delivery ready to set - but i need to pay yet another delivery charge as well and a handling charge that will NOT BE REIMBURSED?? Why should I be paying again and again for something that was damaged before it was even in my house - Looking to have couch delivered at Stores expense or complete refund with couch pick up at no cost to me - After sales service - ***** - NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP OR RECOMMEND - kar - ******** - not wanting to leave a star - zero zero zero as this is just a Terrible place to shop - but had no choice but to put 1 in order to submit
