Hello, I purchased a home in September 2021 and had a few companies in to give me a quote. I ended up going with Henderson Security. Each time they came in to do work, they were never scheduled enough time to complete what needed to be done. Each time, they said they would write that in the report so the next time they could finish. This has gone on like this since then. I have recently been told that one of my security cameras doesn’t work, and that they would schedule someone to come and replace it. I call and text and email, and this never gets scheduled. There have been mistake after mistake after mistake and I just want the job finished and working as it should be!Initial Complaint

As of August of this year (2022), Henderson Security was unable to provide any security monitoring of our home. Their equipment apparently was no longer working and there was no active connection between our house and their monitoring office. We repeatedly requested they either provide a service or terminate our account. They did neither. They did not respond to phone calls or emails and never bothered to return to fix the issue or offer a solution. Finally in October, we got an email from **** ******, who still refused to cancel our service and continued to take automatic payments from our bank account. We submitted their cancellation form asking the service be discontinued. The form was sent on October 6 by email. And yet in November, three months after they stopped providing any monitoring our account was charged again. We are fed up with their lack of service and their unwillingness to stop charging us or providing any refund.Business response

Good afternoon
Mr. ******* was speaking with **** ***** of our office earlier today prior to sending this complaint where **** assured Mr. ******* he would receive the refund being requested right away ($39.44). We apologize for the oversight of charging the additional month and we have prepared a refund cheque to be sent out tomorrow. **** *********
