I sent all my jewelry to them to look at. They called me the next day and offered me $180 for 3 rings. They if I would like the rest of my stuff be returned or given to charity. I said to send the rest back to me. They immediately transferred the $180 by e-transfer which I told them I did not have that service. After a week or ro after this with no return them and they said the remainder had been sent. When I got the pkg. There was very little jewelry in it. I called again where was the rest of my jewelry. They told me that that all of the silver was being removed from the rings and they were keeping the silver. I asked about my gemstones in the rings. They said they could sent the gemstones back to me. I told them I wanted the entire rings back. They said OK. I had informed them that I have appraisals certificates on ten of the items that were valued at more than $13,000. Why were they giving me only $180 for everything. No answer. When the 2nd pkg. Arrived I got "maybe" half of my rings and just a few other items and a handful of broken up jewelry with the stone removed and not sent to me. I also realized they had kept a few items other than gemstones such as a long necklace with the chain and gemstones removed and a string of pearls. These were not returned to me. Before I received the last pkg. I wrote them a letter of complaint to them. They sent me an email reminding me to deposit the $180. And mow I am getting email from them almost every advertising their business. I was also puzzled why they wanted my age on the form they sent me. I suspect I was an easy target because I am 77 yrs old. In my letter I also explained to them that the only reason I was giving up was because I had a pet who needed surgery and I had run out of savings. Thank you so much for any help you can provide.
