      Have been waiting on a can since 1st week in August. Have called weekly for updates and get told something different everytime. Now having to contact pest control due to ant infestion problem due to not having garbage pickup. Was just sent a bill for a service I havent been provided in several months

      The company hasn't picked up the trash in our area in 3 weeks our neighbors and our trash can are overflowing and animals have started getting in many of the overfull cans. My wife has called them multiple times and got excuses and unfulfilled promises to resolve the issue. We have payed our bill everytime and on multiple occasions they have not picked up our trash on scheduled day or in some cases for multiple weeks. We do not want to burn our trash and harm the environment or break any law that coincides with the act. All we want is the service we have payed for. It has become a recurring issue.

      We became aware that our trash can was taken up by **** and subsequently called to inquire why. They had apparently ran an expired debit card and the payment was declined. I am not sure why the expired card was ran as the new card information was provided to the company. We called on August 15 and we were told there would either be a new can or a cleaned refurbished can delivered by 10 working days. The can was not delivered. We have called and the ladies who have answered have been kind assuring us they would contact the contractor again, check on the work order, and notify their manager. I called again yesterday and asked the manager to call me backI never heard anything back. Additionally, garbage is piling up in our garage. My husband has been sick and unable to take the garbage anywhere else. Im at a complete loss on what to do next, and I am now hoping our county considers another company for trash service. Im hoping this complaint might initiate some response as I have had no luck thus far, and we are well over the 10-day delivery as well as the fact we have paid for service that is not being rendered.

      This incident occurred on not one, but two occasions. The first incident happened on Thursday, 08/15, and the second incident happened on 08/22. This is not including the separate phone calls I made where I was told they would pick it up the next day. I originally tried to call on Friday, 08/16, because I was expecting them to pick it up that day, since they had missed it the previous day. Unfortunately, due to me being at work.. and also due to me wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I was unable to call them before business hours were over. I then called and spoke to someone the following Monday and was informed it would be scheduled for missed trash pickup and that they would be picking it up the following day. After they did not, I called them again that Tuesday and was told that they had already written something to my area's supervisor, supposedly, and again, that they would be picking it up soon and not to worry about it. Well, Thursday gets here (my typical trash day) and they have still not picked up our trash. They have said they put a work order in, but it appears that the other people around us have already had their trash cans picked up, so I am not sure what the issue is. I do know that one of our neighbors' trash cans is very badly damaged and likely needs to be replaced, but it is not mine, and it certainly doesn't give them any reason to not pick up somebody else's trash can just because they have to be next to it.

      To whom it may concern, we are currently training new drivers in the ****** area and have identified the problem. This is a good training opportunity and will be addressed at a local level.       My problem is we got a new garbage company up here. It is called Arrow. And we started 4 weeks ago, we had to wait wait a week for a can and they have not picked the garbage up at 1 time. We paid in advance. It is 4 weeks now and our garbageis still sitting outside everywhere. It is all over the neighborhood. We would like our garbage to be picked up immediately.   I would appreciate it 100 %. Thank you very much and God bless you all.

      Over a month ago we called to report that our garbage can lid was torn off and requested a new can. We continued to use the damaged can. About two weeks later the garbage truck took our can but didnt leave a new one. For three weeks now we have been without a garbage can. We continue to pay for this service but are not being serviced. We have called a number of times, sent messages through social media, and communicated through email trying to resolve this issue. We even offered to drive somewhere to pickup a can but no one could confirm there would positively be a can there to pick up. Why have we not received a can like we have been told repeatedly for weeks? I can provide the communication documents if needed.

      Sir * *****,I am seeking my refund from Arrow Disposal Service, *** (ADSI) for check #*** in the amount of $67.35. This check is dated June 28, 2024. This was paid to ADSI for refuse disposal for July, August, and September. My customer number is #********** 2. This amount was paid to ADSI since their flyer advised me that my service was switched from **************** to ADSI. After remitting my check to them, I was advised that **************** would continue to serve me and not ADSI. Subsequently, ADSI never offered any service and have retrieved their garbage container. My check to ADSI was cleared on July 3, 2024. My check to **************** for service in July, August and September, has cleared. I have contacted ADSI on 4 occasions and was promised that the check would be in the mail. I am tired of the promises. Thus, I am seeking your timely intervention.**************************

      This customer is correct. We did open and close several accounts based off an incorrect customer list we received from ***************** We are processing the first batch of refund checks on 08/02/2024.

      We have been customers for over 5 years and we as other customers are being charged full amount each month but we are being skipped for pick up weekly ,after 2 weeks I will call and the front desk says they will let the manager know and that they are running behind, but it continues to be a problem of not being picked up but maybe once a month not weekly like stated ..this problem has been going on for months now and several people have reported them to no avail. Could we get some help with this issue..refund monthly amount or pick up !

      Our trashcan was hit by a driver and destroyed on the night of June 4 and we called the day of June 5 to get a new trashcan because the one we have is unusable. We were told that it would take no more than eight days to get a new trashcan. We still have not received one. We have a baby and a toddler so we have a large amount of trash that needs to be disposed of. We live in a rural area where there are not options to take the trash elsewhere. We would just like a new trashcan to be delivered like promised.

      I pay Arrow to pick our trash up and they do not provide the service as scheduled and agreed to. I cant get answers about when they will pick our trash up and filing a complaint with the BBB is the only way I can get them to respond or pick the trash up on our road. Our town is in a contract with them and we are forced to pay and use them so I expect them to provide the service I pay for
