Arrow Disposal did not pick up our refuse as expected on Friday, May 10. When contacted, we were assured that someone would pick up Friday or Saturday no later than 5:00 pm. They did not honor that statement either. We have trash collecting inside our home that cannot be removed because the outside bin is full. This is unsanitary and causes a health risk as I am already sick. We have paid in advance for our trash pick up and expect that it be removed on the scheduled day. Everyone on the cul-de-sac had their bin emptied. Once we contact the Customer ********************** department we were assured that it would be corrected. It has not. We have not been contacted by a supervisor and we are still waiting to have our bin emptied. They can no longer advertise that "Customer ********************** is their top priority".Business response

This complaint is 7 weeks old. If everyone in the culdesac was picked up but them they probably didnt have the garbage out.
It has been picked since then and we will continue to do so.

The Refuse container was INDEED out at the end of the drive along with our neighbors.
We were assured that it would be picked up the next day. Our garbage was not picked up until the following Monday.
This has happened again since the original complaint.
This issue has not been resolved.

I have been trying to get my trash picked up for the last several. I have called customer ********************** and they say they will let the manager know. The workers are picking up the people trash that live by the main road or highway and they are not coming on our dirt road. This accumulation of trash is unsanitary. This matter needs to be resolved immediately.Business response

It was determined that ******************** was missed due to a new driver not knowing where she was located. This has been addressed by the local manager and the driver and shouldn't happen again. We apologize for the inconvenience and will strive to do better in the future.

This has now happened multiple times. They will pick up everyones trash on the street but skip mine. I will call and they never follow up and the following week they pick it up. Im beyond frustrated not getting answers and them not making it right after they skip me. Its their fault for skipping so they should come next day not the next week. I need them to pick my trash up ASAP.Business response

The local manager talked to ****************** 2 weeks ago to determine the root of the problem. His can was serviced yesterday and the local driver will photograph this stop for the next several weeks/ months to verify service. Sorry for the confusion.

Trash collectors from ADSI handle our cans extremely rough. So much so, that the lid of the can broke off. When it rains, we have a trashcan full of rain water. Dohs, cats and other animals are able to easily get into the can (because there is no lid) and spread trash all over our yard as well as tge street. I have called ADSI 7 times over the last 2 months and every time, we are promised that the manager for our area will bring a replacement can to us within a day or two of the phone call. But, needless to say, we have yet to receive the can. A week and a half ago, **** brought a can to my neighbor (who's property touches mine, but did not bring ours. We are tired of calling and tired of cleaning up trash because we can't close our trashcan lid.Business response

Beginning on the 2nd week of December 2023 and continuing until this date 4/10/24, despite numerous complaints and requests for help, ADSI continues to willfully neglect to perform their duty to pick up the garbage on their specified date for service. Many weeks garbage has not been picked up at all. There are always excuses, never satisfactory results. When telephone calls are answered, they lie. We pay our bill on time. They should pick up garbage as scheduled - every week without fail. This is a problem that needs to be solved immediately. Service should be performed regularly on the set date of pick up every single week. We ask that you solve this problem. Thank you for your kind assistance.Business response

Sorry for the delay in response This issue has been addressed with the local management and they are aware of the issue and will make every effort to improve.
We have had labor issues in the past and I can assure ****************** that none of this is "Willful". We will strive to do better.

Im a new resident and started trash collection service. We paid for a years service in advance and still havent received our trash cans. When we contact adsi they apologize and tell us the trucks are broken and cant deliver our trash can to for service. We are not allowed to pick up our own cans somewhere. Its been over a month now and they still havent delivered our containers.Business response

Almost a month ago after the trash was picked up I discovered that they had put a huge crack in the side of the can and broke one side of the lid when then they collected the trash. I called that same day and requested a new one and was told it could take up to a week. 2 weeks go by and havent recieved the new can. The trash is collected and this time the lid is full broken off. So i call the same day and request yet again for a new can. Am told it will be about a week. Here we are 2 weeks later and nothing. And now I have a can with no lid that is beind dumped over nightly by animals and is INFESTED with flies.Business response

So I had my garbage can picked up on 2/22 for non payment(my fault, a card I had on autopay had been cancelled due to loss). I made payment and was told that it would take 7-10 business days to have a garbage can returned. I understood this and knew that this was a result of my oversight. Since the 10 day timeline I have called their customer ********************** a dozen times now even speaking with ***** the customer ********************** manager who assured me that she would call me back yesterday(3/26), which did not happen. I have been told falsely on at least 3 occasions that a manager for my area named **** would contact me. He has yet to do so. I was also told that as soon as they had a garbage can I would get one. How could these be factual? I have requested that I get his contact number since he isnt capable of following through on what he states he will do. This is not allowed bc they use their personal cell phones. I also requested that I go to my local location or even Abbeville to pick up a trash can and that is not allowed. This company has been rude(Jade) and lacks integrity. Which makes sense now seeing that they have a 1.3 star rating on ******* This is an healthcare issue regarding waste disposal that I am needing immediate support on. I am going to contact my local representative also regarding the tactics of this company.Business response

Mr. ******** concerns have been discussed and addressed with both the local management team as well as the commission. He should see improvement in the near future.
We actually rely on local mechanics and refrain from using band aids.

Customer #: ********** ************ constantly misses my trash on pickup day. The only way that I can get them to collect my trash is to call them. Even then, sometimes it takes weeks. On multiple occasions, I have went three weeks without my trash being collected. When I call them, they just tell me that they will contact the manager of that route and put in a work order. I have no other trash collection services offered in my area. I am paying for a service and I am not receiving that service.Business response
