BBB received a complaint regarding the quality of merchandise on October 23, 2019. The complainant noted that the return address on her order was listed as 2352 Bent Creek Rd, Auburn, AL, however
BBB determined that the address belongs to a gas station and appears at this time to have no connection to Funny Girly.

BBB has since identified several other online retail websites that are listing the 2352 Bent Creek Road, Auburn, AL address as their location, however none of the operations appear to have any connection to this address.

Funny Girly's website was later updated to list the following address in China: In the yard of Zhaoheng Bearing Co., Ltd., No.1, Jinfu 2nd Road, Liaobu Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.
