            *** was also our technician who came out to our home. I thought he was rude as well ...... after talking about all the other plumbing companies and what they don't do. This man didn't even put a work order in for us we've been sitting around waiting to hear from our insurance company so we finally called and they had to send a email to the company asking for the diagnostic. If *** comes to your house say no thank you. We paid 75 for nothing didn't use nothing in his truck but a pen smh
