              I purchased a 2019 **** q8 from the dealer in April of this year. Only after a few days I started getting codes that would pop up and go away. I was advised to take the vehicle to the local **** dealer and to no avail, no codes would show while the car was at the dealership. I went out of town for a few months on business and when I came back, the vehicle coded once again saying drive system malfunction. I took the vehicle back to **** and the water pump is leaking. Ive called **** several times and no one will call me back. I feel like they sold me a car with known issues and they arent trying to fix it

              Yesterday morning I unfortunately found myself needing a new car all of a sudden. I found a vehicle I was interested in on Long Lewis' site. Called, spoke to Xavier who had the vehicle out front for me to see upon arrival. I quickly realized that I wasn't interested in that vehicle and we set out looking at the used options they had available. Went for a ride in a '17 Explorer. Loved the vehicle. Decided to proceed. Paperwork went smooth. Financing was made easy. Shomari helped lock in my rate and get me setup with the lender. I closed the deal with Evan, who again was more than helpful and easy to deal with. Alyiah then walked me through all the technological options and helped me get setup before hitting the road. The entire experience was smooth, no pressure, no hassle, dealing with really nice folks and walking away with what I think is a good deal on a quality used vehicle. Xavier, Shomari, Evan, and Alyiah, keep up the great work! And thanks again!
