    I had contacted the owner Chris 10/24/2021 where we set out a plan to work on my living room tv, bedroom tv, and rewire my computer room. Our first appointment was set up 10/30/2021 at 1PM. Chris contacted me on 10/30/2021 at 10AM and asked to reschedule to 10/31/2021. Chris came out and took care of the living room tv on 10/31/2021 but was 1 hour late and without notification that he would be late. Then, we planned for Chris to come back on 11/01/2021 to finish the job. To which I needed to cancel due to a last minute dental appointment. We rescheduled for 11/02/2021 where Chris came out and completed the bedroom install for the TV. We did not set a date to complete the office portion but I paid Chris in full on 11/02/2021, due to a family emergency with Chris. I was understanding and waited to hear from him after. I checked in with Chris on 11/04/2021 to see how his family was and asked when we wanted to get the office done, we then set a date for 11/12/2021 to which Chris cancelled due to another family emergency. I did not hear from Chris until 11/16/2021 where he stated he would get back to me with a date. I did not hear back from Chris so I contacted him on 11/24/2021 to which we set up an appointment for 12/02/2021 at 3PM. On 12/02/2021 at 2PM Chris contacted me to cancel due to being stuck at another appointment. We then rescheduled to 12/04/2021 to which he canceled again stating he wanted to get all the work done in one day so we moved the appointment to 12/05/2021. Chris came on 12/05/2021 and worked for 3 hours with little accomplished. He then set a date to come to finish the office again on 12/06/2021 at 5PM. Chris texted me on 12/06/2021 while I was at work confirming our appointment, I was not able to respond and therefore, Chris did not show up as planned. He then set up another appointment on 12/07/2021 at 430PM. On this date I was running late from work and stuck in traffic I told Chris when he called to notify me he was at my home at 439PM that I was running late by about 10 minutes. I ended up being late by 20 minutes and when I got to the house, Chris was not there, he did not even notify me that he was leaving. I then texted him to ask where he was and he stated that he waited 20 minutes for me and then left. I at this point told him to cancel the job as had had enough. He then proceeded to tell me that the 20 minutes he waited was valuable time even though he had planned to be at my home for several hours. When I checked the security cameras Chris had arrived at my home at 450PM not at 439 PM like he said, to which he was late again, and then waited exactly 8 minutes before he left my home by leaving at 458PM. I pulled into my driveway at 500 PM on the dot and he was not there waiting, I actually saw him pull out of my neighborhood. So now Chris had not only abandoned the job but he told me he waited 20 minutes which was valuable time but he had only waited 8 minutes for me and blatantly lied to me. If he had waited another 2 minutes I would have been home. I notified him that I had been very flexible and understanding of his family situation but that this was unacceptable. Chris proceeded to tell me that I was throwing his family issues in his face. I ended the conversation but the job was not finished nor did he offer to refund my money nor have I received a refund. Chris has a great personality and does his job well when he actually does it, but he is unreliable and very unprofessional. I will not be using his service again.

    As I stated in our correspondence via text, I reached out to you multiple times to adequately accommodate your needs. I have multiple screenshots showing repeated attempts to contact you about scheduling, and either did not receive a response that day or literally minutes before or after the service call was supposed to take place. It is policy to pre-call or text all customers prior to the appointment time-frame to prevent unnecessary truck rolls and once again I attempted to contact you on all decided service days. On the subject of pay you were offered a partial refund for the computer room and you declined, I also have the screenshot of that conversation. It's unfair to attempt painting a picture that we were not professional or also accommodating for you as a customer, not responding to a service provider during expected scheduled time-frames is dismissive of that entity's time. The last appointment you mentioned with you being 20mins late also has no notation that two other of age individuals were within the residence and could've given access to let me begin work. I'm sincerely sorry you feel the service failed you, I appreciate you allowing me to complete the work I'd previously performed in your home. Have a great evening and week.
