While paying for pictures, my wife makes a comment “good thing you aren’t going parasailing”.. because I had a back issue (not an injury) 10 years earlier and high blood pressure. The counter person overheard and said I can’t ride on the boat either because of the back issue (not an injury). I said it was a passing comment and I’m totally fine and can/will sign a waiver. They asked about the back issue (not an injury), I said it occurred 10 years prior and I’ve been in several boats since. They would not let me on and my kids started to cry since I couldn’t go with them. I asked if they’d refund us all and they refused. They did not let me sign a waiver and be with my kids first parasailing experience and they would not give money back either. So through tears my kids listened to me and went without me. Thanks guys for only caring about yourself! No need to reply and mention that it would have been a liability issue or that it’s for the customer’s safety, because it’s a *** and several times I offered to sign any waiver saying I wouldn’t sue. During the trip, the workers were not polite to my family and at one point didn’t offer to harness one member up. I will never use this company again and I encourage anyone considering to choose any other option. Company charged me $** to ride on boat and still has not refunded. They will ****l your money through self-created loopholes.
